Child Form Menu Language Instrument Drop down option for languages

I am suggesting to add a drop down option to add languages in the Child Form Menu Language Instrument. When children have multiple languages is very difficult to select multiple languages. In addition to the difficulty there is a big margin for errors. We have to select using Command, shift + selecting the languages for all 5 question
