Apply color to alternate rows on Meal Count Form

The Meal Count Form is hard for employees to follow across the week with multiple names and days to record meals while supervising children. It is a busy time and there is a lot going on. Alternating between rows with white and gray will make it visually easier for recording and decrease errors.
